WHICH AGES DO YOU WORK WITH?

 

While I am comfortable working with all ages, I specialize in working with people in adolescence through adulthood.

 

WHICH TREATMENTS DO YOU USE?

​

Most often, I use evidence-based treatments including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). DBT is a therapy designed to help people suffering from personality disorders. It has also been used to treat mood disorders, as well as those who need to change patterns of behavior that are not helpful, such as self-harm, suicidal ideation, and substance abuse. CBT is a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving.

 

Regardless of the treatment plan that we choose to follow, I will provide you with the resources, guidance, and support you need to be successful in your life.

WHICH ISSUES DO YOU WORK WITH?

 

I am a body image and disordered eating specialist.

 

​I also have expertise in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD (no diagnosis required) and low self-esteem.

 

Your specific needs and goals are of utmost importance to me; as such, sessions will always be adapted to address those, first and foremost.

HOW FREQUENTLY DO YOU MEET WITH CLIENTS?

 

I recommend weekly sessions for the first month. Then, I will work with you to base sessions on your needs (financial, temporal, goals, etc.).

 

The overall length of treatment varies, as it is specific to each individual person.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES? DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

 

Because fees are complicated, please contact me so that we can discuss your individual situation.

 

Fees will be paid directly to me, and I will provide a receipt for your use.

 

Several insurance companies offer reimbursement of my services. I am more than happy to help you figure out if my services are covered by your insurance.
