I’m Julie (she/her), a yoga teacher and counsellor who believes deeply that you are already enough. Yoga became the place where I stopped trying to shrink myself and started learning how to take up space, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In 2014, I tattooed the word Enough on my forearm after a year of learning to believe it; that philosophy now grounds both my teaching and my life. My classes are trauma-aware, weight-neutral, and rooted in anti-oppressive practice. I create spaces where you are invited to listen inward, move in ways that feel supportive, and trust your own authority.

Mission
My mission is to offer grounded, permission-based yoga that centres autonomy, body respect, and nervous system safety. Through intentional movement, breath, and reflection, I aim to help you reconnect with your inherent worth and remember, again and again:
I am enough.
Vision
I envision a yoga space where every body feels welcome across size, ability, neurotype, gender identity, and lived experience, and where movement becomes a pathway back to self-trust rather than self-criticism. A space where people leave feeling more connected, more grounded, and more at home in themselves.
